[SG.Travel] Adventure Cove

{{Adventure Cove@ Sentosa}}

Now's the time to go back to ENGLISH,
even though my primary language is Chinese,
but when it comes to writing and typing,
ENGLISH is much easier for me.

As we did not have that many days in Singapore,
and we literally wanted to go EVERYWHERE,
so when Bee and I were planning which destinations to go,
it had been a tough time for us.
Eventually we had decision to spend two days in Sentosa, but then there came another question,
Adventure Cove or Universal Studio?
When I asked one of the Singaporean friends of mine,
he said, "Of course Adventure Cove! It's new and so much more fun, especially if you like water stuff!"
So, well, we decided to listen to the local and go for Adventure Cove.
And it turned out we did made a great decision.
To be fair, we were not sure about Universal Studio, but we could tell you Adventure Cove was VERY WORTH GOING!

Hehehe
we took a picture with the dolphin before actually stepping in!
Cute?
This picture actually made us super excited to go in!

Adventure Cove,
here we go!
Due to the extremely lovely weather out there,
plus the supreme sunshine,
we were crazy to go into the water already!

Still,
before going in to the water,
we got to change and lock our thing.
AND THIS SURPRISED US!
An electronic locker machine,
we could not believe it could be so HIGH-TECH right now.
You no longer need a key for the locker,
you just need to remember the color zone you picked and put in your birthday date as password!
IT'S WAY TOO COOL, ISN'T?

After locking everything into the HIGH-TECH locker,
we got to PLAY!
The first stop was ADVENTURE RIVER!

Selfie with the lifebuoy in the ADVENTURE RIVER!
It's actually very difficult to get on the lifebuoy by the way.

And you could actually step down and walk through the river if you like,
as the water level was actually very low.
So, there's no reason to be afraid!!!
Oh, talking about taking picture,
aren't you curious why we would dare to bring our camera over?
THE ANSWER WAS,
thanks to Bee,
HE GOT ME A WATER-PROOF CAMERA COVER AND IT WORKED!!!

THIS cute cute thing was what I discovered in the long long ADVENTURE RIVER ride.
It was SMILING at me I am sure!
How could we not take a picture together? LOL
Bee thought it was hideous though.

This was another PERFECT PHOTO POINT during the long river ride,
the entrance of a OCEAN TUNNEL,
so awesome right?
The feeling was like we were surrounding in the sea of fish and they were just inches above us!

And of course,
apart from the ADVENTURE RIVER,
the WATER RIDES were the main point of a water park,
so as for ADVENTURE COVE!
There were 5 featured rides and we did try them all!
The rides were AMAZING!
Each one was different and all of them were exciting enough to get us to play twice each!
The only reason we did not line up for our third was that we were too tired to walk up all the stairs!

There was also a very lovely place for us to relax and chill, a pool side with machine-made waves!

Spending sometime for sun bathing and tanning.
And of course, to chill.
Our legs were actually quite sore after walking up all the stairs to the rides hahaa

The wave was actually quite strong and to be honest,
I got bounced back so many times that I decided to stay at the very edge only.

One more thing that you could not possibly miss was the Rainbow Reef!
It was where you could get a chance to snorkel over the reef and come up-close to the fishes!
The 15-min experience was free and definitely worth trying!
Even though I was terrible at snorkelling, where I could not use my mouth to breathe at all,
IT WAS STILL VERY MEMORABLE!!!
WHERE YOU GOT TO TOE-TOUCH those cute cute fishes.
And you got to see them AT A VERY CLOSE DISTANCE!

Aren't they the cutest in the world?
If you are considering to go to Singapore,
go for Adventure Cove!
You won't be disappointed!
And I would say spending 5-6 hours there would be enough as it was not that big!
